A valid counter-notice must include: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court where you reside.

If you are a listing platform, data provider, or other party seeking to restrict RV MarketIQ from accessing your content, send written notice to our designated agent. Documented C&D notices result in immediate blocklisting of the identified source domain from our URL import pipeline.

Repeat Infringer Policy

RV MarketIQ terminates the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
